Yes, for bookings made more than 14 days in advance, a 20% deposit is required before a reservation is officially booked, with the balance due 14 days before pickup.
Yes, cancellations and modifications can be made in writing but are subject to our cancellation policy and availability for modifications.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before pickup are eligible for an 80% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of pickup are not eligible for a refund.
